Participated in a large, organization-wide job analysis project for this Philadelphia-based railroad. This project involved developing and conducting job analysis training, interviewing job incumbents, developing job profiles, and conducting statistical analyses of the results.

Union Pacific Railroad

Developed customized knowledge and skill-based tests to diagnose strengths and development needs for crucial sales and marketing personnel for this large railroad company. Conducted job analysis interviews and facilitated subject-matter-expert panels to identify critical competencies required for success. Validated the tests against the resulting competency models. The tests were fully web-enabled and were administered over the Internet.

Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway

Facilitated the training of associates, professionals, and executives to act as assessors in the organization's supervisor selection and development program.
