SmithKline Beecham Clinical Labs (now Quest Diagnostics)

Designed a management assessment and development program for high-performing sales associates who were identified as having management potential. Highlights of the program were performance demonstration simulations designed for the Clinical Labs sales environment, a full-day integrated management simulation experience, individual coaching sessions, custom designed planning guides with development prescriptions, and a 1/2 day skill development workshop.

Goodwin House, Inc.

Facilitated the development and delivery of an enterprise-wide employee survey for this dual facility continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in northern Virginia. The purpose of the survey was to identify areas of employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction and to determine organization development needs. Assisted the executive staff with survey analysis, interpretation, and strategic planning based upon the results. Presented results to various employee groups.

HealthDesk

Provided assessment services to identify skill strengths and development needs for director level personnel in this rapidly-growing healthcare management software company. Included objective skill-based testing: 360 degree profiles, focused interviews, and personality tests.

Westminster-Canterbury

Facilitated skill development workshops for the executive staff of this continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in Richmond, VA. Developed and used a series of objective skill-based assessment tools (focused interviews, workstyle profiles, 360 degree multi-rater profiles) to evaluate customer awareness, organizational leadership, communications, and change management skills. Provided one-on-one and group feedback including development action plans with prescriptions for improvement.
