Managed roll-out of assessment center program for North American locations.

Designed, developed and implemented an assessment program for selection of minority dealer candidates. Developed turnkey assessment center program for selection of French-speaking dealership employees in Canada. Trained professional groups to conduct program in French-speaking province of Quebec.
Ford Motor Company
Developed technical knowledge tests and video-based VHS and interactive-disc assessment programs for employee selection. This project involved both pre-production planning as well as overseeing video production and post-production activities.
