Robert Adams, M.S.

Since 1980, Robert Adams has delivered human resource management and organizational development services. His unique and proven approach focuses on automated assessment systems that enable organizations to acquire, develop, certify, and retain top talent. He is a practicing Industrial Psychologist, specializing in the study of human behavior and thought processes in work settings. Robert is a recognized expert in maximizing individual, team, and organization performance. He helps organizations succeed in their talent management and strategic succession planning efforts. Mr. Adams has lead research in the area of organization structure, managerial job satisfaction and productivity. After years of work for one of the premier assessment and development firms in the world, Robert started AIMM Consulting, a developer of innovative, automated, value-driven performance-based assessment systems for employee hiring, retention, and development.


Robert's consulting experiences include designing and implementing skills assessment and development programs for numerous private and public organizations, from supervisory to executive levels. These organizations encompass national and international businesses, professional associations, and government agencies, including: GlaxoSmithKline, Pillsbury, Lucent Technologies, Union Pacific Railroad, INROADS, Saturn Corporation, Westminster-Canterbury, Wilson Learning Worldwide, New York City Police Department, US Veterans Administration, and Orlando(FL) Police and Fire Departments.


Mr. Adams holds a M.S. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia.


Becky Nickol

As an organizational consultant, Becky draws on a 20-year background as an executive coach, consultant and trainer, entrepreneur, Certified Financial Planning professional, and licensed mental health counselor. She has worked at every level of organizations, from boards of directors to front-line employees. Her strong and varied business background allows her to be a valuable resource to executives in a wide range of industries. Representative clients include: Prudential Bache, Walt Disney World, Schering Plough, AT&T, General Mills, and American Express.


Ms. Nickol holds a M.A. degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College.


Sandra McIntire, Ph.D.

Dr. McIntire's areas of expertise include psychological testing and measurement, training evaluation, validation strategy, research design, and statistical analysis. She has conducted validation studies and research projects for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and local municipalities. Dr. McIntire designed, developed, and validated the award-winning Teller Assessment Program (TAP) that combined assessment center technology with video-based testing techniques. Dr. McIntire is often called upon to assist clients in tailoring selection and training programs to meet their unique needs. Prior to joining Rollins College as Director of Organizational Behavior for the Brevard Campus, Dr. McIntire was a Senior Project Manager for one of the premier assesssment and development firms in the world.


Dr. McIntire is a member of the American Psychological Association and a former chairperson for the Central Florida Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. She regularly publishes in professional journals and presents nationally and internationally. She is co-author of two books: The Job Analysis Kit , PAR, Inc., 1995, and Organizational Development: Strategies for a Changing Environment, HarperCollins, 1996.


Dr. McIntire holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.


Mary Ann Bucklan, M.S.

Ms. Bucklan has over ten years experience as an organizational consultant in the areas of employee assessment, test development, job analysis, and statistical analysis. She has managed the development and implementation of a wide variety of projects including job analyses, assessment centers, and video-, audio-, and paper-based skills tests. Ms. Bucklan has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, banking, utilities, and manufacturing. Some of Ms. Bucklan's recent clients include Consolidated Rail Corporation, Coca-Cola Bottling Company of New York, the City of Clearwater, FL, and Orlando, FL Police Department. She is co-author of the book: The Job Analysis Kit, PAR, Inc., 1995.


Ms. Bucklan holds a M.S. degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
