The client: A large property management and construction firm headquartered in Orlando, FL; owns and manages properties in four states, including Florida, Georgia, Michigan, and Texas.
Business Issue: When the organization realized that their retention problems had reached a critical stage and when employee surveys showed significant gaps in how employees viewed their leaders, e.g., lack of trustworthiness, poor communication, and absence of accountability, executive leaders asked AIMM Consulting to help them assess the situation and provide solutions.
Solution:

Through a series of initiatives we examined leader and employee opinions and created venues for safe and open communication. Our initial goal was to help the organization build a foundation of trust between leaders and employees, boosting performance at all levels via constructive engagement, conflict, and truth telling. A second goal was to provide executive leaders with a viable talent management system to infuse the organization with topgraded talent.


The client: Florida's number one building materials supplier. One of the largest producers of ready mix concrete and concrete block in the entire United States, and definitely the leader in Florida.
Business Issue: When the Operations Department experienced a significant increase in safety related incidents and accidents, they asked AIMM Consulting to help them assess the situation.
Solution: We examined all aspects of operations and delivery for the Florida business in our efforts to identify the cause of the spike in safety problems. Our strategy included focus groups, subject matter expert interviews, and review of safety related training and communications. Once the problem areas were identified, we provided recommendations for improvement, milestones, and time frames.

The client: The largest railroad in North America, covering 23 states across two-thirds of the United States.
Business Issue: When the Marketing and Sales department wanted to evaluate the critical thinking and strategic decision making skills of their sales representatives, managers, and directors, they engaged Advantis Research and AIMM Consulting.
Solution: We developed online knowledge and skill-based situational judgment tests to diagnose strengths and development needs for crucial sales and marketing positions. Conducted job analysis interviews and facilitated subject-matter-expert panels to identify critical competencies required for success. Validated the tests against the resulting competency models. The tests were fully web-enabled and administered online.

The client: The leading provider of industrial-strength hardware, software, and services that make the Net work.
Business Issue: When the client decided that they needed to improve certification testing for their partner software field engineers, they selected a team from BI Performance Services and AIMM Consulting.
Solution: We designed and developed online certification tests for three levels of field engineers that were "real world" oriented, requiring more skill demonstration and application than traditional certification tests.

The client: A large laboratory company based in the U.S., providing a wide range of clinical testing services, information and laboratory management expertise. Its core business is the testing of body substances for more than 120,000 clients.
Business Issue: When the client determined that they needed to improve sales performance to be more competitive in the marketplace, develop sales management talent, and reduce turnover in the sales management ranks, they engaged AIMM Consulting.
Solution: We designed and delivered a customized assessment center process within the sales division to target and develop potential internal candidates for the role of sales manager.

The client: A continuing care retirement community (CCRC) based in Richmond, VA offering services, housing, and related health care support to older adults.
Business Issue: When the client wanted to increase revenue/endowment and improve customer satisfaction and resident services, they turned to AIMM Consulting to work with their executive staff.
Solution: We developed a process to improve the management and leadership skills of executive staff. The skills included customer awareness, judgment, organizational leadership, coaching, delegation, and change management.

The client: A dual facility continuing care retirement community (CCRC) based in Northern Virginia offering services, housing, and related health care support to older adults.
Business Issue: When the client wanted to obtain an accurate and objective measure of employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction and to determine organization development needs, they turned to AIMM Consulting.
Solution: We designed an employee survey for each facility using internal subject matter experts. We assisted the executive staff with survey analysis, interpretation, and strategic planning based upon the results. Presented results to various employee groups.

The client: A nuclear fuel manufacturer based in Lynchburg, VA
Business Issue: When company executives needed to improve productivity and overall performance of the chemical processing operation, including reducing the frequency of unit incidents and shutdowns, they turned to AIMM Consulting.
